A good solid piece of equipment. It is as I have learnt the price point is there for a reason. You are not only paying for performance but also the enjoyability of using the equipment. Too often I have purchased bikes, treadmills etc and they’ve sat around gathering dust eventually thrown out. This I absolutely love I can watch a movie or just listen to music. As I have arthritic hips it’s nice to be able to hop on it as a way to control the pain. Sitting for long periods really is not helpful for this condition. The customer service and experience from purchase to delivery has actually been flawless. I buy a lot and can say this company is a standout amongst them all.
What can I say? I love everything conceived by the Japanese. Invented created by Japanese firms is synonymous to a savour faire , know how and quality. Not only did I buy the I runner because it was half price but also because I saw that it belongs to the great industrial group which is Fuji. So no wonder when I used the treadmill everything went perfect. And it did not surprise me. oh I forgot the design is simply amazing. Using the treadmill in my flat which is decorated with taste ,the treadmill fits perfectly. Exercising while watching the news, docs or movies. Better than sitting on the sofa for hours. To be healthy and at home thanks to the treadmill, a beautiful efficient one was me gifting myself a xmas present that no one could have offered me lol

My experience so far has been quite good, having never purchased from this company before I was anxious when I bought the Behealthy however my anxiety was soon out to rest by the speed in which I received my Behealthy treadmill and how fast my questions were asked when considering purchasing. The Behealthy was delivered within a few days of ordering and it arrived perfectly packaged with zero damage , the Behealthy is stylish to look at that I agree and once I opened it up you can tell what a sturdy thing it is , I did have some confusion on how too power it on but I did call the Fuji phone number and was helped straight away and within seconds I was powered up and ready to go . The only two things I have had slight difficulty with were the phone/tablet holder and understanding the instructions on how to set programmes . I find the holder for your tablet or mobile does rock a lot when you are running which has made it difficult for me to use my tablet to watch things as I run as it's shaking all over the place, I am not sure if there is something I have done wrong or it's just because of how it is when you are running but it's fine I can live without not watching my tablet when running . The second thing is the instructions which I have yet to understand how to set programmes and things of that nature other than the basics like pressing play and turning up speed and increasing times on the Behealthy , I must add that I am Autistic and I do learn things better when being shown however I did send pictures of the instructions to my Neurotypical friends and even they could not understand them clearly. I must also say that though I have not been able to set the installed programmes it hasn't got in the way of me being able to just run on the Behealthy which I have loved and still love doing , I had a walking pad before and you cannot get the kind of speeds and feeling of being on a proper treadmill and with this Fuji one you get all those feelings . I have used the treadmill around 10 times since it arrived and it is a huge part of my exercise schedule , I am glad that I bought it and I would have no issues purchasing again at some point if I have ever need a new one . I would also say that I am pretty sure if I called Fuji they would happily help me set programmes on the treadmill over the phone ( which i am going to do very soon) as I do want to push myself on the treadmill and do different things.

We particularly appreciate our phone call to the Fuji chat bot who guided us through the unpacking and set up of the machine. Without this sympathetic gentleman's help it may have been too much for we two oldies. We are much more confident in using it with the benefit of understanding all its functions.
So easy to install and when in use it is both very smooth and quiet. Has not found any flaws in this product. Would recommend

A great product which is well worth the money
I bought this as it had a good reputation, It’s a lot heavier than I expected but obviously sturdy. I dislike the handle to open it out as it’s extremely stiff awkward and difficult to use, similarly the slot in holder is big enough for a phone but not an iPad, I use an iPad Pro, so am unable to connect to something I can see to help me. The electronic information panel is easy to read and straightforward. So in hindsight it’s good but could be a lot better and easier especially for someone like myself with reduced mobility and strength.
Difficult to manoeuvre (upstairs) but very good when in place.

Loving the new treadmilll!
I can’t rate this company highly enough. Having ordered the red model I subsequently changed my mind as it lives in the sitting room and stuck out like a sore thumb. They agreed to swap it out with no trouble but I did have to pay extra for the premium colour. A few teething problems which were my errors sorted out over the phone after just a few rings. The treadmill is great even for an elderly person like me. My children also love it! Excellent piece of kit helping me to become more mobile and shed weight without the stress of street walking. First rate customer service Thank you guys 😊
I bought an ex demo as I'm not a hardened jogger so didn't want to splash out too much. It arrived in pristine condition, was easy to set up and operate and it looks brilliant. I've been using for a couple of weeks and so far so good. Runs smoothly and quietly and I'm delighted overall with my purchase. The only complaint as such was the delivery company being totally inflexible
Early days as yet but so far all is good. Seems a great machine and still getting used to all it has to offer but seems just right for seniors.
The treadmill arrived within days of my ordering it. I had regular emails to update me on the progress of dispatch and delivery. I had a couple of questions about operation of the treadmill and these were answered within minutes using the chat facility on the Fuji website. The treadmill is clearly high quality and does everything I need it to. Excellent experience. It looks cool too.

A fantastic piece of kit!
Really happy with my pink treadmill, so easy to use and very pleased with the belt tension, I have had other treadmills where the belt kelp constantly slipping but this model is proving to be well worth the money. Very pleased with installation and service.
Product delivered quickly and placed in room required. The product fits in the room without overpowering it. Easy to use set up a bit tricky for a novice but got there.

I can get a good walk on this treadmill while reading the newspaper or listening to a book. I can only walk a little way due to balance problems and a dodgy back plus being quite old. Feel really good when I dismount.
